What Causes Rashes On Penis Glands And Blisters Below Penis?
If my first outbreak consisted of a rash on my penis glans and 2 blisters right below my penis glans could a recurring outbreak come in the form of paper like cuts on the opposite side of my penis on the foreskin itself? The cuts and small looking rash are on my foreskin since I am uncircumsized. I know lesions can appear anywhere and in different forms but does the virus usually display itself in one type of manner such as blisters only or could the lesions switch in ways it manifest itself like with paper like cuts?

Yes, it could be herpes. Sometime you notice like blisters but another times it just look like cuts (because blister breaks).
