What Causes Rashes On The Arms And Chest?

I was in Jamaica for a week...got sunburned on the second day, stayed out of the Sun as much as possible after that but on day 5 I was in the Sun for approx 45min and developed a rash on my arms and chest...also my lips cracked . I am not sure if it was from the Sun or a reaction to the humera that I get every 2 weeks. My last shot was the day before I left for vacation. Rash was itchy and cortisone cream and benadryl helped

hiii.cold compression are good for sunburn.you can use aloevera gel.take paracetomol tablets to reduce inflammation.use sunscreens before going outside .avoid sun exposure between 10 am to 2pm as it has more uvb and cause more skin damage.
