What Causes Rashes On The Body, Dark Urine And Oral Thrush Infection?
9 week old baby with rash on body, no temp, still taking milk and urinating but urine darker than normal. Had vaccines 2 days before rash started. Sleeping more than normal last 2 days except for at night very hard to settle. Also being treated for thrush on tounge for the last week.

The rash is possibly a side effect of vaccination. His overall situation is probably caused by vaccination.
He should get better with two days.
If not you may need to do further examinations such as total blood count and biochemical blood balance.
