What Causes Rashes On The Body Despite Using Allegra?

Hello, I had a bad allergic reaction back in November 2016. It was an oak poison! I went to Dermotologist, and after course of prescribed medicine, rash didn t go away. Is been over 2 month and rush comes and go everyday. Only thing that keeps it away is Allegra, which doesn t cure, just temporarily relief. How can I get rid of it. I m so frustrated

Hi.
As per your case history you are having urticaria, my treatment advice -
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors for 2 months.
2. Don't take any medication without consulting a doctor as it may worsen the condition.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 2 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
