What Causes Rashes On The Face Along With Swollen Throat?

I have concern of multiple breakouts (3) on my face, my throat is swollen, my right foot is swollen and my left arm has pain when I reach for things or lay on it. I feel sure there are multiple things going on - not all related - but still very concerned at this point.
