What Causes Rashes On The Face And Chest?
I had flu like symptoms for 3 days then rashes broke out.. first on my face then my chest. My head also feels quite tender and back of my head hurts... For the past 3 days I ve had rashes which have now worked their way to my legs... I ve never had this before

In my opinion these symptoms may be due to viral illness with or without hemorrhagic manifestations.
It is advisable to get a blood work done to check for low platelets.
Avoid any muscular injury.
Maintain adequate hydration
