What Causes Rashes On The Hands After Intercourse?

Hi, I am 30 years old male and I had sex with a strange woman who is mostly HIV positive .. after 6 hours of sex I had a sudden skin rash that started on the palms of my hands and my feet soles then diffused all over my body .. my question is : Can HIV cause skin rash in a matter of hours after exposure ? thank you .

I can understand your concern.
No HIV can not cause acute onset skin rashes in just 6 hours time.
In my opinion, your skin rashes are due to other viral infection like herpes.
Herpes infection is very common in HIV patients. So that lady might be having this infection which is spread by skin contact (during Intercourse) and causing herpes infection in you.
Better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination.
Also check for HIV after 1 month.
