What Causes Rashes On The Leg?

hi My mother underwent a surgery for knee replacement. The initial recovery was very smooth but after 3 months she started developing rashes on her leg that was operated. slowly it got worse and now the dostors have advised her steroids. what could it be due to? and what shall be the course of medication?

See, steroid is a drug that can save your life. So, do not get phobic for steroid. Steroid by a knowledgeable doc is definitely not harmful.
