What Causes Rashes On The Neck After Taking Ciprofloxacin?
I had a prostate biopsy on thursday. I am taking ciprofloxacin hd 500 mg tab. took one wednesday evening and two thursday. today (friday) at about 3pm got a bit of a rash on my neck. this is now down my arms. Does not itch, just bumps with a red tinge. Do I do anything? I have one tablet left for the morning. Feel fine.

Ciprofloxacin can cause an allergic eruption in some individuals and your description suggestive of allergic reaction too.
As the first line of management, you can take antihistamines like Pheniramine for symptomatic relief. If lesion persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
