Hello,

The rash on your neck persisting for 6 months is indicating for a possible infection of the affected skin although no burning or itching.

I highly recommend seeing your dermatologist to determine the right diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

For the moment, I can only suggest to apply cold compresses locally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
