What Causes Rashes On The Neck And Shoulders While On Norco?

I am taking Norco and I am breaking out in hives.Welt size around neck And shoulders.regular hives pop up on legs,ankles,Lower and upper legs,back,I am taking Norco and was taking Tylenol with Codene. This started happening before the Norco.i was eating some cheerios with cornstarch,I am allergic to corn,went away,few days later it came back,now it has been close to two weeks.I have used oral antihistamines like benedral and lortadine from Kaiser Pharmacy.Do you have any suggestions?

If the reaction started before taking the norco then it is not likely related to this medication.

It is likely linked to the use of the cheerios cereal. The use of the anti histamines is appropriate, one of them should be used consistently for at least 2 to 3 days .
If you have been doing this and there is no response then you may need to consider a short course of oral steroids from your doctor.

This would be the only other option available.
