What Causes Rashes On The Torso While Suffering From Sore Throat?
Hello, I normally have spring allergies (I am allergic to trees, took shots for 5 years and was better). I developed post nasal drip and a sore throat on Thursday; I still have that symptom. but today, I noticed hives, mostly on my torso. Could they be related? I haven t worn anything not laundered in my normal soap. I haven t been exposed to anything new.

It is possible that it may be related. Post nasal drip can cause irritation of the throat which would cause a sore throat.
Post nasal drip can occur as part of the body's allergic or inflammatory response which is the same for hives.
The use of an oral antihistamine/ decongestant combination may help both symptoms. Post nasal drip tends to respond well to decongestants even if there is no nasal congestion.
