What Causes Rashes On The Upper Extremities Along With Nausea?

I do not have funds or credit card to pay for advice. I just came to this site and am looking up why after taking two 900mg ibuprophen today around 2pm yo see why I have bumps and rash on upper extremities, and nausea, red splotches on chest and feel itchy all up and down my legs.

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergic reaction to Ibuprofen. Please discontinue ibuprofen and take Benadryl 50 mg thrice daily to help relieve the rash and itching.
