What Causes Rashes On Upper Body And Shortness Of Breath?
I am male 32 years of age. I have recently had a rash on my upper body, it is light red and a little raised, but no itching or soreness. i have received 2 shots of steroid and creams from the clinic. none of which have helped. i am also having a shortness of breath. what could be the cause?
