What Causes Rashes On Vagina After Shaving?

I shaved my vagina about a week ago but noticed about 3 or 4 days ago that i got a dry patch of kind of bumpy skin around my vaginal area leading alittle into my butt area ( the places i shaved ) it seems to be a little rash but my right labia is peely & kind of itchy i wash down there regularly , i recently put a moisturizer on it and it feels better but idk how to explain the itchy right labia , i have no weird discharge or strange smell but i am worried when it touches clothes its uncomfortable & gets irritated . Could this be a rash i got from shaving that spread ? . Help !!!!
