What Causes Rashes On Vagina And Bumps Inside Vaginal Lips?

I have many things going on in my vagina area I have a rash sort of thing in the lower part o my vagina near my anus and it seems irrated but i belive it is eczema I also have bumps on the inside lips up my vagina and I have been to the OBGYN and they said that it wasnt genital herpes or warts since I have never had sexual intercorse before plaese help
