What Causes Rashes Over The Body With Dizziness And Chest Tightness?

I have always been very healthy, I don t take any medication, my only experience was a cold or headache, which I get over. I have no allergies or ever been hospitalized. Lately, I have been feeling light headed dizziness, tightness in my fingers, itching sparks all over my body, and my chest gets tight at times. No other symptoms.
