What Causes Re-occurrence Of Leg Weakness After Discontinuing Glucosamine Shots?

Hello, I have been experiencing leg weakness as well as minor spasms in my legs. At night, my legs are restless as I attempt to sleep. I have had lower back pain as well for a couple of years, which the doctors have ruled out any issues with my kidneys. I was placed on an injectable B-6, B-12, Glucosamine compound a few years ago for joint mobility and swelling. I recently got back on the injections after being off for about a year. I thought that maybe the weakness was a result of resuming the injections because that s when the weakness began, but I m not sure. I also have Type 2 diabetes.
