What Causes Rectal Bleeding After Vaginal Intercourse?

I had vaginal sex 6 hrs ago and i noticed blood when i was using the bathroom and having a bowel movement, the bleeding is coming from my rectum. I had a baby 2 1/2 months ago. What is wrong? Also i had my first period a week ago after having her. Im scared cuz i was released from postpardum a couple weeks ago

I really appreciate your concern this could be due to constipation and this need to be relieved and for that it is necessary to drink more water, have fiber containing diet, keep regular habit of defecation, second it is necessary to know the exact cause of bleeding and for that clinical examination is must, take care.
