Also haven t been constipated with the pregnancy. What could be causing this and should I seek immediate attention? Not sure if you need to know this but this is my first pregnancy. Please help!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with history of miscarriage the bleeding per rectum is questionable and it has to be confirmed first because it could be bleeding per vagina, and if it is the bleeding per rectum then it may be due to hemorrhoid, fissure, rectum prolapse, the common condition is hemorrhoid and it needs surgical removal, I would suggest to go for clinical examination hope this information helps.
