What Causes Rectal Bleeding, Migraines, Fatigue And Tingling Feeling In Jaw?

2wks ago, brittany had some rectal bleeding. she had a rectal exam in the ER. they thought it was fissures and sent her home. a few days afterward she got a migraine, spinning, tingling in her jaw and fatigue. she went back to the ER and they thought she suffered from depression. she is now back in the ER extreme fatigue (sleeping 18 hrs a day) cannot focus to drive or read and incoherent speech. They are now doing a cat scan. what are your thoughts?

What is the neurologists opinion ? Must wait for the CAT scan to see if there is any brain related pathology ? Is this the first time that this episode of headache and incoherent speech has occurred ?
