What Causes Rectal Discharge And Blood In Stool?

I am a male 42 yrs old don t smoke general good health and recently have experienced anal leakage and now a boal movement is just hell and the area feels like its on fire. When I go to restroom there is a lot of blood when I wipe or pat since it is really irritated.

Anal fissure or hemorroids cause blood in stool.
Intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis may cause blood in stool.

Diverticulitis may ruled out.
