What Causes Rectal Lumps And Blood In Stool And Urethral Pressure?

I have heavy pressure on my bladder and it is very uncomfortable when i wee. When i get to the end of my wee i need to tense everything and almost try to poo and the pressure is unbearable. I also have lumps around my anus and my poo is very small and soft which i have to strain to get out. When i wipe there is bright red gooey blood.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Uncomfortable feeling during urination could be due to enlarged prostate.
Presence of rectal lumps and blood in stool could be due to hemorrhoids.
These could have occurred due to over straining and increased pressure at the lower end of the intestines.
Kindly get yourself examined by Surgeon for the above causes and it can be managed accordingly.
