What Causes Rectal Pain And Bumps Around The Anus?

I m a 32 yo male and I recently have noticed some rectal pain. I thought it was hemorrhoids but then I took a photo of it and there are some yellow zit like bumps around my anus that do not hurt. Pretty nervous, do you have and isldeas of what that could be?

I can understand your concern.
Yellowish fluid is more suggestive of infection like abscess.
But absence of pain is less seen with abscess.
Another possibility is infected anal fissures.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of that anal lesions.
