What Causes Rectal Swelling With Burning Sensation During Urination?

Good evening, I have a problem, it s my vagina. It s been irritated and when I urinate it burns just a little. Also I notice my anus has been sore and a little swollen. When I go to bathroom and I wipe there is this light pinkish/red speck of blood. Please help me. I don t know if it s an uti or yeast infection. But I been washing with apple cider vinegar and drinking organic cranberry juice to help with the problem and using vaginal skin irritation cream.

Dear- It can be an urinary tract infection according to your symptoms. However, the vagina can be irritated from the apple cider vinegar. It is important to take an urine sample and check for occult blood and bacteria. If the urine sample shows bacteria and blood, you will need antibiotics. It is important to have a pelvic exam and make sure that there is no evidence of vaginal infection. The anus irritation might be part of the pelvic infection. Don't use anything more over the counter and have a doctor's evaluation.
