What Causes Rectum Soreness With Redness, Lumps And Bleeding?
Why is my rectum very sore, it hurts a lot and is very red, i also noticed some small bumps, but unremarkable other than the fact that i havent noticed them before, not that ive really looked before, and when i wipe there is a small amount of blood on the paper, i have had unprotected anal sex before, so im wondering if this may be an STD, please help.

Well come to HCM
Beside the trauma this could be fissures or hemorrhoid and this need to be ruled out, if this is not there then this may not be rectum bleeding and could be bleeding per vagina, in either case this need to be clinically examined to rule out the underlying possibility, hope this information helps, take care.
