What Causes Recurrance Of Headache After Brain Tumor Surgery?

I had a brain tumor removed this past June and my headaches went away and I felt good... now I am getting headaches again, when I stand up, bend over or sneeze I get what I would call a pressure headache... could I be having another tumor or could it be just sinuses?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having recurrence of headache.
Headache is one of the non specific symptom but one of the symptom of brain tumor.
Since you have already undergone surgery for brain tumor, headache in your case requires evaluation to rule out recurrence or persistence of the tumor.

Thank you
