What Causes Recurrent UTI Despite Taking Antibiotics?

hi doctor, im suffering from uti from fast 2 months and it keeps coming back. iv taken antibiotics also ateast 2-3 times.....plz guide me.......i have slight stretching pain after urination maybe 10 -15 minutes later......and also pain in the legs......i taken 2-3 courses of antibiotics.....but it gave temporary relief.plz guide me...and help me

Took tab ofloxacin+cefixime for 14 days
Alakaliser like oricitral 2tsp in 1 cup of water twice a day
N tab urikind for 14 days
N if there is pain over side of abdomen go for USG ...
N go for urine test.
