What Causes Recurrent UTI S And Urinary Incontinence?

I am morbidly obese, have recurrent uti s, have a lot of difficulty losing weight, have osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, have had a triple bypass surgery, am developing urinary incontinence, have has a hemmoragic stroke and now have left side weakness, short term memory loss, I am also diabetic, type 2 insulin dependent. I have nerve damage in both legs and feet, also. Is there a single syndrome that can explain all of these symptoms? Thanks, Chris
