What Causes Recurrent UTI When Diagnosed With Renal Malrotation?

please I will like to know the best medical solution to a person suffering from a malrotated right kidney whose ureter isn t straight but takes a curvy shape also having a recurrent urinary track infection with recurrent left flank pains and frequent urination.

It is due to stasis which gives you infection as a cause of recurrent uti. You would have to take antibiotics for current condition but for permanant solution surgery is the only choice
