What Causes Recurrent Acne And Blemishes Despite Using Minoz And Epiduo Gel?

Hi, I am 27 years old. I face pimple and acne problem in every monsoon and they used to go automatically. But this year it has been 3 months I am getting more and more pimple on my face and their marks. I have CO sultef with few doctors, and according to their prescription I took Minoz 50mg tablet, i used Epiduo Gel, but still not got solution. Please help me to get rid of this problem.

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of recurrent acne and blemishes despite using Minoz and Epiduo gel which occurs because of blockage of pores of salivary glands and due to increased skin susceptibility of getting infected.

Need not to worry I would suggest you to
- Drink plenty of water.
- Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and take a diet rich in vitamin E.
- Avoid sharp and spicy food and avoid sunlight exposure.
- Wash your face with a face wash containing glycolic acid.

If symptoms keep on persisting visit dermatologist once and get a complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.
