What Causes Recurrent Beeping Noise In The Ear While Treating Tinnitus?

Hi, I have tinnitus and its usually a low buzzing sound, but the other night i heard a beeping sound in my left ear, just 2 beeps, and i checked everywhere for what made the sound, but i found nothing, is it possible for my ear to have made up the sound somehow? its driving me crazy because i cannot find the origin! please help! I am 20 and weigh 125 at 5 2 .

Yes, that sound can be present if you have clogged ears or tinnitus. So to me should keep regular follow up with ENT doctor.
