What Causes Recurrent Bladder Infection?

Since I was 15 I have something that well its like having a bladder infection 24/7 when I went to the doctors they could not find anything wrong. I m not sexually active and never have been so they ran a ton of tests and they only concluded that my bladder had shrunk slightly from it being drained before it could fill up. I was wondering if you by chance know what this could be? My gynecologist in town had put me on oxybutynin for it and its done nothing to help me.
