What Causes Recurrent Bruises On The Right Foot?

I have what feels like a recurring bone bruise on the ball of my right foot. It will bother me for a few hours, then disappear for a few days. Originally I thought there was a correlation to exercise or at least walking, but I no longer think this is true.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to stress fracture or contusion.

Consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.

As of now you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
