What Causes Recurrent Chest Infection And Breathing Difficulty?

I have been treated with antibiotics for the past month for a recurring chest infection. I just woke up gasping for air. I used my steamer for 15 minutes and am breathing a little easier but wonder if there is something else going on such as pneumonia??

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Pulmologist.
A battery of investigations including Chest X-Ray and sputum investigation will be helpful in planning your further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.
