Hello,

Chest pain after having full spinal fusion surgery may or may not be related. The exact site of pain is essential to know the probable cause of chest pain.

Chest pain can occur due to diseases of the respiratory system, cardiac system or muscular. Chest pain associated with muscular causes usually increase and decrease along with body movement.

A clinical assessment and X-ray chest will be required to find out the exact cause. Kindly, consult a pulmonologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
