Hi,

Annual Influenza vaccination can be taken to prevent Flu. Both inactivated (killed) and live attenuated vaccines are available and are generated from isolates of influenza A and B viruses that circulated in the previous influenza seasons and are anticipated to circulate in the upcoming season.

Vitamin D3 helps in strengthening immunity. Apart from these universal precautionary measures like warm clothes, avoiding cold bath, etc. will help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
