General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I am sorry your baby's cough is back again. As the doctor prescribed Rhinathiol which has the mucolytic carbocisteine as main active ingredient, it means she is having phlegm coughing. To me, should add aerosol therapy, together with nasal spray and hygiene.

Plus, take supplements to boost her immunity containing Echinacea, Propolis and vitamin D. If still no improvement, should get rechecked by her caring doctor. It's very important to boost her immune system through healthy eating, fresh air, and immune system booster supplements.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
