What Causes Recurrent Cycles Of Chronic Fatigue, Weakness, Frequent Infection And Fibromyalgia Symptoms?

I am asking for a friend, since 2014 they have had recurrent cycle o chronic fatigue, weakness, frequent infections, fibromyalgia symptoms, occasional constipation dspite high fiber, water, constant feeling of a swollen throat, low red blood cell and acid reflux

Fibromyalgia or CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) are two possibilities. Other conditions like depressive symptoms must be ruled out. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
