Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here blood pressure is very high and creatinine also raised much

So I am suspecting hypertensive nephropathy in your case

Your blood pressure should be lower down with medication.. If needed injectable antihypertensive medication also given

Urea level and egfr also should be measured

Check diabetes, cholesterol level as well

Consult urologist for getting prescription and discuss all these

Hope this will help you

Take care
