What Causes Recurrent Fever In A Child?

My daughter is 4 and had a fever with cold for 8 days just before Christmas, today I picked her up from school and she seems to be warm, I took hr temperature it read 39.2 in one ear the other 37.9. I have given her advil . Why s she alwys getting this fever?

It can be viral fever or UTI malaria. they can be confirmed by investigation. Till such time, control fever with tab Crocin . If still not controlled then head bath and body sponging can be done. Complete all investigation and then only know the cause of fever once confirmed then treatment can be recommended.
