What Causes Recurrent Fever, Sore Throat And Fatigue?

I have a client who is 29yo female who presented with recurrent illness, feeling sick monthly or every other month for 1 yr or longer, consisting of sore throat, laryngitis, fatigue, fever and chill, flu like symptoms. Any potential dx and lab I should be recommending? I am a psych provider for this client.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query, you have symptoms of recurrent fever, sore throat and fatigue which seem to be due to streptococcus infection persistence due to lower immunity of your body leading to increased susceptibility to getting infected.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take multivitamin rich in vitamin B. Do betadine gargles at least 3 times a day. Take proper diet to boost immunity. Recofast plus capsule 3 times a day will be good for your symptoms.

You should visit ENT specialist once and get complete examination done. Get blood and sputum test done and start proper course of antibiotics (Azithromycin) along with anti-inflammatory medicines after prescription.
