My husband has stage threw Parkinsons. He has pneumonia twice in the last four years, once hospitalized for it. He has a temp now of 101.4 and feels like the top of his head is coming off as he described the headache. He has taken ibuprofen but temp returns. Hello,

The temperature does not change with Parkinson's disease. A moderately high fever is the same regardless and that is concerning. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, 101 is serious.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
