What Causes Recurrent Headaches?

I get really bad headaches almost every day, and they re very severe it usually worsens throughout the day, ususally feels as if someone is pressing down on my forehead. I ve been forgetting a lot of things recently things related to school such as the chapters I just read or what class I had on what day. I m only 17 years old, this is accompanied with fatigue almost every day and my teeth clatter very faintly almost ever day. What could this be?

You might be suffering from depression. You need to be evaluated and investigation like MRI brain, serum B12 level, thyroid function test to be done. Get in touch with psychiatrist.
