What Causes Recurrent Heart Palpitations And Dizziness?

I am treated for heart palpitations , going on about 6 years now. My concern is that for the past hour my heart is palpitating continuously almost non stop. I m laying down with some dizziness and my heart feels like it s trying to come out of my throat. When should I be concerned enough to seek medical attention?

You should visit an emergency room soon as you need a complete evaluation by ECG, chest X-ray. And you need drugs for treatment.
