What Causes Recurrent Miscarriages?

Myself Tuhina, age 32+yrs, last 1 and 1/2yrs I am trying, twice I conceived but, fetal is not growing first time its stoped growing in 7 weeks 3days then I didt D&C, sceond time did not grow at all only sac was there, so what to do now, with out medication I am able to conceive.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the most common cause for early miscarriage might be genetic anamolies.This might be more in cases with marriage between close relatives.This time as there is only sac with no fetal growth it need to be terminated if it is 8 weeks or more.Within 8 weeks you can wait and see.I suggest you to give a gap of 3 months before next conceiving.Take folic acid tablet
once daily one month before planning pregnancy.If there are 3 continuous miscarriages then investigations need to be done .
