What Causes Recurrent Nasal Soreness Despite Using Neosporin?
I feel like my nose is sore on the inside but cant feel any thing but it is sore. i ve put nose sprays in sometimes helps for a little while but comes back I put Neosporin in it and helped a little but by morning sore again, its been this way for a month. what else should I do?

neosporin is not of much help for ur soreness.
ur nose needs clinical examination.
and find out the reason for it .
u may further need endoscopic examination (not a compulsive).
until then I can use saline nasal drops
