General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

The pain you are experiencing is due to acidity associated with increased acid secretion and gas pain, which is common during pregnancy.
Eat small frequent meals rather than a large portion of food. You can also take Tums.
Avoid carbonated drinks, processed sugar, fried food and citrus fruits in your diet
Include more bananas, melons, ginger, and oatmeal that helps relieve acidity.

Hope this answers your questions
Please let me know if you need further clarifications
