What Causes Recurrent Pain In Lower Back And Burning Sensation In Left Testicle?

Have lower back pain on the left side and burning sensation into my left testicle. This has come and gone for years and just recently went to med-ac to check and screen for epidermititus it came back negative. In the past I have had ultrasound of testicle and x-ray of lower back and also had several appointments for decompression visits. Also they have checked for kidney stones which that pain is not what I am experiencing. The pain comes and goes but when I sit down the pain elevates I cant take it anymore need some answers I am a 38 year old male and not overweight.
