What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Lower Back Pain?

Recurring Mild lower back pain. In lower left quadrant.Cannot associate pain with any particular activity, movement, edit.I am I think getting proper fluid intake and am trying to increase clear water intake. Age 67. With moderate diabetes, moderate high blood pressure.I suspect I need to review my lengthy meds list with my GP as some may be causing kidney flu? cations.

if pain persist instead of using calcium multivitamin and pain killers u should go for m r I spine......and treat according to that
